Went to Jersey All Pro Wrestling show at the Braintree National Guard Armory 5/22/06. Crammed in the car with Peach Fuzz, Max Goodie, Dave, Ricky and his girlfriend Christine (who went to fuckin Killer Kowalski’s Wrestling School and did shit with NECW). I have no time to bore you with the details, but all I will say is, I KEEP tellin’ people, and will continue to tell people who make fun of pro wrestling, that they HAVE TO come to at least one of these indy shows, like Ring of Honor, or JAPW- Dudes a few years older then us goin’ nuts, doin insane shit, flyin’ stuff that I have never seen in action before, AND YOU WILL NOT SEE THIS SHIT ON MAJOR NETWORK TV. It is too badass.
Anyway…Met THE Matt Hardy ( http://www.THEMattHardy.com ) and for those that DONT know, he got fuckin screwed by the women he loved, one of his best friends, and lost the job he loved, all for being a genuinly nice guy-he was the victom and was kicked when he was down (again I refer you to the good ol’ “nice guys finish last” shit) He put all his heart into all that he has now lost. So….I dindnt quite say “fuck that bitch!!” when I talked with him, like I told Wayne I would, but I just said that you gotta persevere and stay positive, because your an inspiration to all these people here, and they have love for what you give, or something to that affect..And he was greatful and very personable, considering what he is goping thru.
But anyway, we once again were able to hang with some wrestlers and it was the shit-I think Max blows the promoters so they let us stay and hang with them. I’m not quite sure tho, so dont spread that around…We caught Matt leaving after his signing session and just showed some more support for the dude..Just a regular good guy, who happens to have a really interesting job…Talked with some other tech guys and crew, tryna network and all that good shit. Ahh it was sick and I cant wait to check it again.

These guys bust their ass, not for the money, but because they love it. Thanks to all the performers and crew, and thanks again Matt. It was a pleasure- ALWAYS PREVAIL! checkout this piece that Kevin did when he came out to Brookline, Mass at the CN8 station on 6/23/06 (for those who couldnt/didnt catch it on cable), where I got to meet him (checkout my pic). This came about as a result of Kevins massive press tour to promote CLERKS II, however talk leads to his Superman ordeal and comics (as Superman Returns was coming out at the time.) Additionally Kevin offers a lot of interesting incite into his thoughts on the big budget movie machine and the marketing industry, and other fresh takes on a variety of material, new and old.

Being in studio for the interview was fucking cool. This whole event was a big deal, and lots of fun for me. I hope you enjoy the videos. It was a crazy time, but Kevin was in such good spirits, considering the schedule. I have to say, as a side note, his publicist was easy on the eyes. Wink
